The  challenge 

An independent apparel brand operating primarily online wanted to expand its presence through select retail placements. The challenge was identifying the right stores and partners that aligned with the brand’s audience while maintaining strong product presentation and brand positioning.

The brand needed guidance on which retail environments would best support its products and how to approach store partnerships for merchandise placement.

Without a clear retail placement strategy, there was risk of placing products in stores that did not match the brand’s target market or retail positioning.
