Frequently Asked
Questions

We understand that launching a new digital project raises many questions regarding our process, timelines, and budget. To provide you with clarity and transparency, we have compiled the most frequently asked questions here.

If you cannot find the answer to your specific question below, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Our team is available to discuss your needs and ensure you have all the necessary information before we begin.

  • We focus on high-impact projects that require deep attention. Our projects typically start at $15k for specialized audits or landing pages, and $40k+ for full-scale digital products. We are not a cost; we are an investment with expected ROI.

  • Rarely. We believe in direct dialogue, not blind paperwork. If you have a project, let's talk. If you need us to fill out a 50-page generic form without meeting the team, we are probably not the right fit.

  • Speed comes from clarity, not rushing. A typical UX/UI project takes 4-8 weeks. A complex full-stack build takes 10-16 weeks. We define a strict roadmap at kickoff and stick to it, provided feedback is timely.

  • We are a remote-first company to access the best talent globally. However, for the "Discovery" workshops or critical launches, we are happy to deploy a task force to your offices anywhere in the world.

  • We don't do "infinite options." We do strategic rounds. We typically include 2 rounds of feedback per major milestone. We explain the "Why" behind every pixel so that decisions are based on logic, not personal taste.

  • Absolutely. If your branding is solid, we strictly adhere to it. If it’s outdated or digital-unfriendly, we will suggest a "Digital Refresh" to ensure the UI performs well on modern screens without breaking your heritage.

  • We bet on the Javascript ecosystem. React / Next.js for frontend, Node.js or Headless CMS (Sanity, Strapi) for backend. We avoid bloated themes or dying technologies. We build for the next 5 years, not the last 5.

  • We set up the infrastructure (typically Vercel, AWS, or Netlify) on your accounts. Post-launch, we offer SLA Retainers to handle security patches, updates, and monitoring. If you have an internal DevOps team, we hand off the keys.

  • Not on our watch. Migration is a surgical procedure. We map every old URL to the new structure (301 redirects) and transfer all meta-data. We often see an increase in SEO ranking post-launch due to better performance and semantic code.

  • We define KPIs before drawing a line. Conversion Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Bounce Rate, and Load Time. We implement analytics tracking (GA4/GTM) from day one to prove the impact of our work.
